BioAerosol Monitoring System       details+

1. Cleaning notice

a. When a new instrument is released, it is not in a completely clean state for package and long distance transportation. It is necessary to clean the instrument before the first use. Connect the HEPA filter, purge the instrument by running the instrument for 12-24 hours in the super-clean worktable (class A area). Or enter the sampling interface, setup auto sampling for 3hours and the circle is between 4-8 times. The interval is 1minute(remove the battery and connect the AC adapter).

b. After using for some time, zero count may take too long time or fail. It shows the gas path need cleaning. According to the method listed above (see a), clean the instrument. If the zero count is fail, the HEPA filter need to be replaced. The frequency of cleaning depends on the operating frequency and the cleanliness of the workplaces.

BioAerosol Sampler       details+

1. The disinfection and sterilization

a. Sampling lid: It can be place in the autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.

b. External surface: Clean the surface with clean wiper wetting with 70-90% ethyl alcohol or isopropyl alcohol. It ensures no bacteria residual on the surface.

c. We do not recommend use any kind of disinfectant. After use, it may result residue formed on the surface.

 

2. Calibration

The calibration need to be executed by MICRONVIEW or the qualified aftersales distributors. Do not calibrate the bioaerosol sampler without the proper calibration instruments. It may result in large deviation of the calibration result.

1. Battery replacement

(a)     Remove the battery cover, take out the battery and pull out plug.

(b)     Connect the replaced battery, put back to the battery cabin and close the battery cover.


2. Cleaning

The purpose of cleaning is to keep the surrounding of gas path same as compressed gas and to avoid the contamination of the gas path effect the detection results.
