PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The Airborne Particle Counter Robot (APC Robot) enables fully automated cleanroom sampling, using LiDAR and a SLAM* (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) algorithm for precise navigation and obstacle avoidance. It can traverse designated areas, operate doors and elevators, and autonomously return to its charging station. By reducing operator involvement, the system minimizes contamination risk and human error.
The APC Robot supports remote operation and centralized data management, delivering continuous, real-time inert particle monitoring in dynamic manufacturing environments. All data is stored within the onboard management system and can be securely transmitted to designated servers or cloud platforms via Wi-Fi or LTE, according to user requirements.

OPERATIONAL BENEFITS
The APC Robot is compatible with our portable airborne particle counter (mini APC) and remote particle counter (Remote APC) modules. When equipped with a particle counting module, it autonomously navigates to user-defined locations and samples according to predefined protocols.
Automated navigation and sampling reduce human presence in critical areas, lowering contamination risk and minimizing errors in sampling location and timing. By automating routine tasks, the system improves resource allocation and operational efficiency, allowing personnel to focus on higher-value activities. Optional temperature and humidity sensors enable continuous monitoring and logging of environmental conditions.
