PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The APC/BAS Dual-Mode Robot enables fully automated cleanroom sampling, combining an onboard particle counter, an active air sampler, and a robotic arm that handles agar plates for air sampling and settle placement. Using LiDAR and a SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) algorithm, the system navigates with precision, avoiding obstacles while reaching designated sampling locations. It can traverse controlled areas, operate doors and elevators, and autonomously return to its charging station when battery levels are low. By reducing operator involvement, the system minimizes contamination risk and human error.
Equipped with a high-precision 6-axis robotic arm and intuitive MicronView control software, the system is easy to configure and operate. Accessible via tablets, smartphones, and PCs, the software enables wireless communication with the robot to schedule tasks and manage automated sampling workflows in controlled environments.
CAPABILITY & FEATURE
Fully Automated EM — Total particle counting, air sampling, and settle plate deployment
Safe & Efficient Operation — Automated sampling reduces contamination risk
Easy Deployment — Supports scheduled, repeatable environmental monitoring
Integrated Robotic Arm — High-precision handling with reliable, low-risk operation
Flexible Monitoring — Adapts to a wide range of controlled environments

OPERATION BENEFITS
Automated navigation and sampling reduce human presence in critical areas, lowering contamination risk and minimizing errors in sampling location and timing. By automating routine tasks, the system improves resource allocation and operational efficiency, allowing personnel to focus on higher-value activities. Optional temperature and humidity sensors enable continuous monitoring and storage of environmental conditions.
