Warranty
We offer a two-year warranty for the BAS including hardware and software from the date of activation. It is considered activation when continues sampling for 40 minutes or sampling for 10 times. The repair service and parts replacement are warranted for 6 months from the date of the shipment.
In these cases, the warranty is void.
a. The warranty is void if the BAS is repaired and disassembled by the company or person without authorization.
b. Damage is due to mishandling or operator misuse.
We offer the free remote upgrade for lifetime when the users require during use.
The BAS is a precision instrument. It must be operated by trained laboratory personnel only.
